Yes, a refundable security deposit of 50% is required at check-in. It will be refunded after a room inspection at check-out.
Smoking is prohibited inside the guesthouse, except on the designated smoking floor. Outdoor smoking areas are available.
Rooms accommodate up to 2 guests. Additional guests require prior approval and may incur extra charges.

Linens and towels are provided and changed upon request or every Monday.
