1. Reservation and Check-In
- Reservation Requirements: A valid ID, contact information, and payment details are required at the time of booking.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows incur a 30% fee.
- Check-In Time: Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, please notify us in advance.
- Early Check-In: Early check-in may be arranged, subject to availability, for an additional fee of 10,000frs.
2. Check-Out
- Check-Out Time: Check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon).
- Late Check-Out: Subject to availability, late check-out incurs a fee of 20,000frs. Failure to check out on time without prior arrangement may result in an additional night's charge.
3. Payment Policies
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash and mobile payments (MTN and Orange Momo).
- Deposit: A refundable security deposit of 50% is required at check-in and will be refunded after a room inspection at check-out.
- Balance Payment: All outstanding balances are due upon arrival.
4. House Rules
- Noise Policy: Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside the guesthouse, except on the designated smoking floor. Outdoor smoking areas are provided.
- Alcohol and Drugs: Excessive alcohol consumption and the use of illegal substances are not permitted.
- Guest Limits: Rooms accommodate up to 2 guests. Additional guests require prior approval and may incur extra charges.
5. Amenities and Services
- Common Areas: Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, lounge, and parking. Please clean up after use and be considerate of other guests.
- Linen and Towels: Linens and towels are provided and changed upon request or every Monday.

6. Safety and Security
- ID Requirement: All guests must present a valid government-issued ID or passport upon check-in.
- Room Keys: Guests are responsible for their room keys. A fee of 25,000frs applies for lost or unreturned keys.
